Prize (1): One (1) winner will receive $4,000 in Ashley HomeStore product (in retail value) subject to Ashley HomeStore product availability. Winner will work with Sponsor to select and fulfill prize. Credit is only valid for 90 days from day of winner verification. Furniture is subject to availability and Sponsor cannot guarantee that any furniture items will be in stock or available during the 90-day period. The value of any items or furniture that winner selects to use with his/her credit $4,000 credit will be inclusive of taxes, determined by such item or furniture’s full retail value, and the winner shall not have the option to use the credit in combination with additional sales, promotions, or any other discounts. If the winner’s total exceeds $4,000 for any reason (including if the tax on the total amount exceeds the credit amount), the remaining amount shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Credit must be used in a single transaction. If winner selects item(s) totaling less than $4,000, the remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be awarded to the winner. If any amounts, delivery charges, and/or service charges (if applicable) exceed the $4,000, they will be the winner’s sole responsibility. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $4,000 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Winner may be issued an IRS 1099 form for prizes over $600 USD. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
