The prize for the Sweepstakes is a 100 ounce silver bar (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize as of August 31, 2021, based on the market price of silver as of 4:00 p.m. Pacific time on such date, is $2,762.30. The approximate retail value of the Prize will vary over time as the market price of silver fluctuates. The Prize will be awarded “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. The Entrant determined to be the winner of the Sweepstakes will not be permitted to transfer the Prize to any other individual or entity or to receive any substitute for the Prize, including the cash equivalent thereof. However, BullionMax reserves the right to substitute for the Prize a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries that are received during the Sweepstakes Period.
