(1) Grand Prize (available only to US residents): one (1) 2022 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD Off Road (“Vehicle”) with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of US$55,000. Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) must take delivery of the Vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by TMS. Neither Sponsors nor TMS shall be responsible for delays in delivery of the Grand Prize, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsors and TMS, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the Vehicle to the TMS-designated delivery dealer within one hundred and eight (180) days of completion of verification process. Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve the Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his/her right to claim the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by TMS in order to claim the Grand Prize. First Prize Winner (“First Prize Winner”) must take delivery of the First Prize at the Tracker Marine dealership nearest First Prize Winner’s residence within thirty (30) days of notice of availability. (1) Second Prize (available to both US and Canada residents): one (1) Black Rifle Coffee Package valued at approximately US$266, and one (1) Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s gift card in the amount of $250 (local currency) will be awarded to Second Prize Winner (“Second Prize Winner”). Total combined approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $516. Gift card is subject to issuer’s terms and conditions. Grand Prize Winner, First Prize Winner, and Second Prize Winner will be collectively referred to as “Winners”.
